1. Custom Items & Final Sale

Because all shirts are custom-printed to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts and design details carefully before ordering.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund:

• Reporting Window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Requirements: Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to olosmartllc@gmail.com.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement before production begins.
